If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged/defective.
Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For exchanges, please contact us before sending back your product so we can arrange the replacement.
