SERBORA Return & Refund Policy

At SERBORA, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Gift cards

    • Sale items (if marked as final sale)

    • Perishable or personal care items

    • Customized or personalized products

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged/defective.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For exchanges, please contact us before sending back your product so we can arrange the replacement.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

    1. Check your bank account.

    2. Contact your card provider or payment service, as it may take time before your refund is posted.
